== About ==
The goal of The Ng [[Java]] Roguelike Engine (JRLE) is to make it easy for anyone to create their own variant of a Roguelike game, and to make it possible for programmers to create truly outstanding variants. The project currently consists of three components: the Core, the Variant Manager, and the prototype [http://roguelike-eng.sourceforge.net/SimpleGame.jnlp Simple Game].  The JRLE is open source software licensed under the GNU [[GPL]].
