Original by Kornel Kisielewicz

The aim of this project is to Wikify the best articles posted on the rec.games.roguelike.development newsgroup. To do so, several people have agreed to having their posts on rgrd used in RogueBasin articles. A standard message (feel very free to edit) may be occasionally posted to rgrd, requesting agreement:

 Greetings from RogueBasin!

 We would like permission to include your posts to rgrd in the wiki.
 It's impractical to repeatedly email authors to ask if their posts
 may be included, so we're making a list of people willing to let us
 do so, and which conditions they impose. If you've ever posted, or
 even if you havn't, please consider adding your name by replying to
 this message with _one_ of the following:

  1. I allow anyone to submit any of my posts from r.g.r.development
     to RogueBasin under the standard Wiki terms.

  2. I allow anyone to submit any of my posts from r.g.r.development
     to RogueBasin under the standard Wiki terms, as long as I will
     be notified about it. [Please provide contact information.]

  3. I allow anyone to submit any of my posts from r.g.r.development
     to RogueBasin under modified Wiki terms: it must be (and stay)
     uneditable (frozen).

 The person reposting the article on Roguebasin is obliged to include
 the name of the author in it, and a link to the original version.

 The standard Wiki terms are the GNU Free Documentation License 1.2.

 If you've already agreed, then please ignore this message unless
 you'd like to change your level of agreement.

To include a posting, open a blank (and appropriately named) page and paste the original message directly into it. Save. Wikify the article, and then save again. Have a look at the "oldid=" URL parameter of that original revision in the history tab. Include the following template at the top of the page:

{{original|author=original_author_here|oldid=oldid_number_here}}

For example:

{{original|author=Kornel Kisielewicz|oldid=907}}
