Talk:List of roguelikes by year

Is the 'year' of first release or of last update? What categories of games should be included / excluded? Should this list be of (/include) automatically generated content? PaulBlay

First realease year. Otherwise games would move down periodically. All categories except talkie games because those never have been released and thus could not be placed anywhere. If you can make it into generated content go ahead. –Michal Bielinski^Talk 23:30, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
