Gibbon is a roguelike lover, player and developer, he spends his time creating and maintaining various programs in C and Python and enjoys playing the classic games in the roguelike genre. His favorites are XRogue, Advanced Rogue and Larn although he also plays Brogue occasionally.

He is developing a new roguelike in the classic sense, aimed towards the experienced players of the genre with a focus on rich story telling, magic and brutal difficulty.

He enjoys contributing to opensource projects. He is the maintainer of Larn and has rewritten / modified a significant amount of the codebase, releasing FreeLarn under the Apache 2.0 license.
