Hello!  Sadly, I don't seem to have the write fonts installed so I can't read this page.  Not that I can read Russian anyways.  But if this, as the action.cpp suggests, is an attempt to translate POWDER into Russian, I would like to provide any technical assistance necessary.  Making POWDER portable to other languages is a long standing goal!  Please contact me via the email you can find at the end of the README.TXT that ships with POWDER.  Ideally I can structure POWDER in a fashion that makes translation easy and also robust so you don't have to do new work every version.  --[[User:JeffLait|JeffLait]] 16:04, 4 March 2009 (CET)
