A game inspired by the Fighting Fantasy book "The Warlock of Firetop Mountain" by Ian Livingstone & Steve Jackson 1982,2002. Descend into the mountain and defeat the evil warlock Zagor to aquire his treasure.
This is an extended version of the Seven-Day roguelike Warlock of Firetop Mountain.
This game was influenced by many other roguelikes including Moria, ADOM and Crawl. Also influencing my decision to write this game to begin with was from following the development of Warp Rogue and DoomRL.
Features
Engine:
24-bit Colour Dynamic Window Size (resizable) 4 Fullscreen modes
Game:
20 main levels 5-10 random special levels Many items and monsters Ego weapons and Armour
Known Issues
The game will throw a exception on start up if it failed to initialise the dungeon. Simple restart the game. Saving is a big no-no. Do not save and restart.
Future Development
This game has stopped development (for now) due to other commitments.
